What it does

Mr. MOLY Diesel Fuel Conditioner ensures that diesel engines operate at optimum economic efficiency. Piston rings, valves, cylinder walls, etc. all have a much longer working life and the whole engine system is kept clean from fuel tank to exhaust. Engines at peak efficiency develop maximum power with minimum fuel consumption.

How it Works

Mr. MOLY Diesel Fuel Conditioner is an excellent lubricant and it will prevent excessive wear of pumps and injectors that can occur with winter grade fuel oil of low viscosity. Protection is provided against corrosion with the detergent properties of the product, helping to maintain a clean and efficient engine with improved combustion. Mr. MOLY Diesel Fuel Conditioner can be utilized in conjunction with all types of lubricating oils and will prolong their life by preventing contamination by unburned fuel. It is also recommended for the treatment of distillate fuels employed in central heating boilers. Mr. MOLY Diesel Fuel Conditioner is harmless to all filters.

How to use Mr. MOLY Diesel Fuel Conditioner:

Use Mr. MOLY Diesel Fuel Conditioner To Perfect Your Fuel. It prolongs engine life, improves fuel consumption, reduces service and maintenance, and therefore, reduces overall expenses.

(SUMMER) Mr. MOLY Diesel Fuel Conditioner can be added either directly to the vehicle’s fuel tank or, preferably, to the depot’s main storage tank to prevent corrosion of the tank and pipelines and to prevent accumulation of deposits. Although DIESEL FUEL CONDITIONER is readily mixable with fuel, it is best added before the tank is filled to ensure complete mixing. It should be used in the ratio of 1:2,000 (i.e. one gallon of Mr. MOLY Diesel Fuel Conditioner will treat 2,000 gallons of diesel fuel). To clean fouled engines, add 11/2 pints to 10 gallons (1 liter to 50 liters) of fuel to the vehicle’s fuel tank and pay special attention to the condition of the fuel filter.

(WINTER) Mr. MOLY Diesel Fuel Conditioner has been specially developed to assist in overcoming the difficulties experienced with diesel fuel oil, particularly in winter conditions. No additive can eliminate the wax present in the oil, but Mr. MOLY Diesel Fuel Conditioner modifies the minute crystals so that the oil remains fluid and continues to pump. The response of fuel oil varies considerably when produced from different crudes by varying processes, but the addition of Mr. MOLY Diesel Fuel Conditioner in a ratio of 1:1,000 will lower the pour point to approximately -12°F (-25°C). A ratio of 1:500 gallons will lower the pour point to approximately -22°F (-30°C). It is imperative that the additive be introduced before the wax crystallization has commenced.
